About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic HVAC Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technical sales, a deep understanding of HVAC systems, and the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development Prospect, pitch, and close deals with commercial/residential clients, contractors, and distributors.
Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis – Identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Technical Consultation – Provide expert advice on HVAC solutions, including energy-efficient systems, retrofits, and maintenance contracts.
Sales Pipeline Management – Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools.
Collaboration with Teams – Work closely with engineering, installation, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in HVAC sales (B2B/B2C)
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and industry standards
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
