Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven
Freelance LinkedIn Expert
to help build our brand presence, grow our followers, and generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of LinkedIn's algorithm, content strategy, and B2B marketing. This is a freelance position with flexible working hours and performance-based compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

Optimize leadership LinkedIn profiles for visibility, clarity, and credibility.

Analytics & Reporting:
Track performance, provide insights, and make recommendations for continual improvement.

Trend Monitoring:
Stay updated on LinkedIn trends and best practices to ensure relevance and impact.

Qualifications:

Education:


• No formal degree required, but certifications or courses in digital marketing, social media, or branding are a plus.

Experience:


• Minimum 2 years of proven experience managing and growing B2B LinkedIn accounts—freelance or agency-side.


• Experience in the IT or technology sector is highly preferred.

Skills:


• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn tools, features, and algorithm.


• Excellent copywriting and content planning skills.


• Familiarity with Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and analytics tools.
