Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Executive located in Borivali. The Field Executive will be responsible for promoting Paytm products and services, identifying potential customers, and establishing strong relationships with merchants and clients. Daily tasks include visiting prospective clients, providing demonstrations, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves managing accounts, maintaining records, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify and reach out to potential customers
  • Experience in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
  • Organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Previous experience in the financial or technology sector is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
