The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, website architecture, and technical best practices to optimize our online presence for organic search performance. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing technical SEO strategies to improve website crawlability, indexability, site speed, and overall user experience.

This is an immediate requirement for our Gurugram office. Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify website issues and opportunities for improvement across crawlability, indexability, site speed, mobile-friendliness, structured data, and website security. Develop and implement technical SEO strategies and recommendations in collaboration with content, development, and design teams.

Monitor website performance using various SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Screaming Frog) to identify technical errors and track progress. Implement and manage schema markup and other structured data formats to enhance search engine understanding and rich snippet eligibility. Optimize website architecture, internal linking structure, and URL structure for improved crawlability and SEO performance.

Identify and resolve crawl errors, broken links, and other technical issues impacting search engine visibility. Implement and manage and XML sitemaps to guide search engine crawlers effectively. Optimize website speed and performance through techniques such as image optimization, code minification, and caching implementation.

Ensure website mobile-friendliness and implement strategies for mobile SEO optimization. Stay up-to-date with the latest technical SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO-friendly content creation and optimization.

Provide regular reports and insights on technical SEO performance and recommendations for future improvements. Assist in website migrations and redesigns, ensuring SEO best practices are followed throughout the process. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.2-3 years of proven experience in technical SEO.Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other relevant platforms. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website architecture. Experience with implementing and managing schema markup and other structured data.

Knowledge of website speed optimization techniques and tools (e.g., PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix). Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Immediate availability to join is preferred.
