Job Role: MIS and Audit Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and verify data in MIS databases.
  • Check and correct data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Maintain and update databases for smooth accessibility.
  • Perform quality checks to avoid errors or discrepancies.
  • Work with other departments to gather and validate data.
  • Ensure confidentiality and follow data security guidelines.
  • Suggest process improvements for better efficiency.
  • Prepare reports and summaries to support business decisions.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong typing and data entry skills with high accuracy.
  • Basic knowledge of data entry tools/software.
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
