We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Software Trainer cum Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing software applications while also training individuals or teams on various programming languages, tools, and technologies.

This dual role is ideal for someone who is passionate about both software development and teaching, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners of all levels.

Key Responsibilities:As a Software Developer:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications based on client requirements.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using modern programming practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and debugging sessions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Maintain documentation of development processes, code, and user manuals.

As a Software Trainer:

  • Deliver high-quality training sessions on programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.), frameworks, and development tools.
  • Create training materials, manuals, and hands-on exercises.
  • Assess training needs and adapt content to suit different learning styles and skill levels.
  • Conduct one-on-one or group training sessions (online or in-person).
  • Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Prior experience in delivering technical training is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C#).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Pay : 12k to 15k
