What we are looking for:

Roles & Responsibilities (R&R):

• Build GenAI applications such as answering engines, information extraction modules, and content authoring systems.

• Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and emerging orchestration tools.

• Build Agentic AI systems (Autonomous, Reasoning Based and Multi agentic systems)

• Build custom GenAI platform components incl including vector database operations, caching layers, chunking strategies, embeddings

• Leverage leading industry GenAI platforms like Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Databricks, Dataiku

• Craft, test, and optimize prompting strategies (zero-shot, few-shot, chain-of-thought, function calling, structured output) to align outputs with business requirements.

• Scale GenAI applications for high concurrency, large datasets, and low latency response times.

• Build and maintain robust APIs (FastAPI or similar) for seamless integration into products and platforms.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate GenAI capabilities into production grade features.

• Stay ahead of emerging GenAI trends (agent frameworks, evaluation tools, synthetic data, fine-tuning methods, guardrails & responsible AI frameworks).

Must Have Skills(Non-Negotiable)

• Programming: Python (Advanced), FastAPI

• Cloud Platforms: AWS / Azure (hands-on experience)

• Gen AI: LangChain, LlamaIndex (or equivalents), Agentic AI frameworks like LangGraph or CrewAI, Vector DB (like Pinecone or OpenSearch), Managed or Hosted LLM APIs, Context engineering.

Agentic AI Development

  • GenAI Platforms : Azure Open AI / AWS Bedrock / Databricks / Dataiku

    • Software Engineering: System Design, Microservices, Distributed systems, Event driven architectures, SDLC

Good to Have Skills(Highly Preferred)

• MLOps / DevOps: CI/CD, Kubernetes, containerization, model monitoring

• UI : ReactJS

• Product Development: Experience building AI products

• Responsible AI & Guardrails: Tools like Guardrails AI, Pydantic, RAIL, or Azure AI Content Safety

Experience

• Overall: 3+ years

• Relevant GenAI development: 2+ years (hands-on projects)

Location & Work Model
