Responsable SAV en Réfrigération H/F

Vos tâches :

Rattaché au Directeur d'Agence, votre mission consiste à organiser , animer et gérer le service après-vente tout en garantissant la satisfaction de ses clients, la fiabilité technique des interventions, l'optimisation de ses ressources, la rentabilité de son service et la sécurité de ses équipes.

  • Organisation du SAV : Optimiser les interventions préventives/curatives avec le coordinateur, encadrer et accompagner l'équipe bureau et terrains, assurer le suivi technique et administratif.
  • Satisfaction clients : Développer une relation de proximité, réaliser des visites de site, proposer des améliorations.
  • Rentabilité du service : Suivre et atteindre les objectifs économiques, développer le portefeuille clients et les contrats d'entretien, optimiser la rentabilité du service.
  • Sécurité : Animer et appliquer les actions Santé/Sécurité, montrer l'exemple, veiller au respect des procédures qualité et sécurité, assurer la prévention et la remontée des évènements.

Votre profil :

  • Idéalement issu d'une formation Bac à Bac+3 en Réfrigération / Génie Climatique,
  • Expérience sur un poste similaire souhaité,
  • Permis B requis,
  • Savoir mobiliser et coordonner une équipe, gérer les priorités, rigueur et sens du service seront vos alliés.
