Job Overview

Nexus Jobs is seeking a talented Architecture Specialist for our Jaipur location. This is a full-time position suited for freshers with work experience ranging from 0 to 1 year. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and managing complex architectural projects using advanced design software and methodologies. A strong grasp of modern construction techniques is essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Building Information Modeling (BIM) is mandatory for this role.
  • Ability to use SketchUp for creating detailed and accurate 3D models of interior and exterior designs.
  • Understanding of LEED Accreditation to ensure sustainable architectural designs that minimize environmental impact.
  • Expertise in 3D Rendering to visualize concepts effectively to communicate design ideas to stakeholders.
  • Strong foundation in construction documentation ensuring precision and clarity in technical specifications and plans.
  • Basic knowledge of project management to effectively oversee and coordinate project timelines and deliverables.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and processes clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with team members to develop innovative and practical architectural design solutions.
  • Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM for the preparation and development of detailed architectural plans and models.
  • Contribute to the preparation of construction documents and ensure adherence to industry standards and client specifications.
  • Monitor project timelines and work schedules to ensure timely completion of project phases and deliveries.
  • Engage in project meetings to discuss progress, design solutions, and address any design-related issues.
  • Work with contractors and construction teams to ensure designs are implemented correctly and efficiently on site.
  • Research and apply the latest architectural and construction innovations into project designs and methodologies.
  • Maintain project records, documentation, and communication flow to support an organized and systematic project approach.
