  • As a Senior Automation Testing - DataCom (Networking , L2-L3, L4-L7 Protocols) Specialist at Incedo, you will be responsible for designing and executing automated test cases and scripts for network protocols at different layers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects and provide recommendations for improvements to the development team.
  • Roles & Responsibilities:

    Design and develop automation testing solutions for DataCom networks, including Layer 2, Layer 3, and Layer 4-7 protocols.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
  • Configure and deploy automation testing solutions, and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automation testing tools and techniques for DataCom networks, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

    Technical Skills
    - Skills Requirements:
    - Strong understanding of testing methodologies and automation frameworks.
    - Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, and Shell.
    - Expertise in network protocols and network testing tools.
    - Experience in automation testing of networking products.
    - Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
    - Must understand the company's long-term vision and align with it.
    - Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members, ensuring the successful completion of tasks, and promoting a positive work environment that fosters collaboration and productivity, taking responsibility of the whole team.

  • 4-6 years of work experience in relevant field
  • B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
