About Us:

Kaleen Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. is a leading name in the rugs and flooring industry, serving clients across the globe. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Export Documentation Executive to join our team at our Jaipur office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, verify, and manage all export-related documentation (Invoices, Packing List, BL, COO, etc.).
  • Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and shipping lines.
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations and timely dispatch of documents.
  • Maintain records of shipments and documentation for audits.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (production, accounts, logistics) for smooth export operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business/International Trade (preferred).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in export documentation.
  • Knowledge of shipping terms (INCOTERMS), HS codes, and customs procedures.
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience & skills)
