You need to have deep knowledge and hands-on experience of the Meta Ad Platform Ecosystem.

We are looking for a seasoned expert for prompt Meta Campaign Analysis and Optimisation.

Your job? Own the numbers, scale and creative brief. Question what's not working. And know when to push back.

Remuneration: Ranging up to 20K-40K/ month based on assessment and how many checkboxes you tick.

What You'll Do:

  • Analyse and optimise Meta ad campaigns daily. Spotting patterns, scaling winners, and killing wasted spend.
  • Build and run structured testing frameworks.
  • Research and write sharp, actionable briefs for creators and ad copy that moves people to click and buy.
  • Stay plugged into Meta's evolving ecosystem. Updates, policies, algorithm shifts, and new tools.
  • Audit and troubleshoot tracking setups (UTMs, events, pixels, CAPI) and coordinate with devs where needed.
  • Explore ad libraries, dashboards, and spy tools for insights that translate into testable hypotheses.
  • Prepare a detailed weekly performance report for active clients.
  • (Bonus) Apply your skills to Google Ads when required.

You're Right For This If:

  • You're obsessed with
    campaign data
    and know how to separate real metrics from vanity ones.
  • You've run Meta ads for eCom/D2C brands for 3+ years with proven results (should have proof/ portfolio).
  • You're curious. Always questioning hooks, angles, and why a creative or landing page works (or doesn't).
  • You've worked with lean budgets in early-stage brands and know how to squeeze returns.
  • You can handle spreadsheets, attribution dashboards, and Meta Events Manager without panic.
  • You're confident giving creative/UX feedback backed by reasoning, not just opinions.

Bonus Points If:

  • You've worked with high-AOV, fashion, or wellness brands.
  • You know how to build and use
    First-Party Data

  • You're fluent with automation tools (Zapier, n8n, etc.) and event setups.
  • You can layer
    audience psychology
    into targeting and messaging.
