*Role Overview*
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Developer with expertise in flow automation, declarative development, and CRM optimization. The ideal candidate will balance technical proficiency with strong business understanding, enabling the design and implementation of solutions that improve efficiency, ensure data integrity, and drive measurable business outcomes.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Salesforce solutions that enhance workflows, automate repetitive processes, and support strategic initiatives. *Education & Experience*

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with proven expertise in declarative automation and platform customization.

• Ability to work flexible hours across multiple time zones, if required.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and Git-based development workflows.

*Key Responsibilities
Administration*

• Manage Salesforce users, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
• Maintain data integrity, including imports, exports, and updates.
• Configure standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to meet business requirements.

Development

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce flows to automate business processes.
• Build and customize Lightning Web Components (LWCs) as required.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, and programmatic solutions to meet business needs.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using APIs and middleware tools.

Flow Automation

• Leverage Flow Builder to create complex, scalable, and maintainable automation.
• Analyse existing flows and identify areas for optimization and improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing automation, ensuring optimal system

performance.

• Document automation designs, workflows, and best practices for future reference.

Collaboration & Support

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users, enhancing adoption of Salesforce features.
• Monitor Salesforce releases and implement relevant new features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT and CRM teams to ensure alignment of solutions with organizational goals.
