  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for personal vehicles (SUV/UV segment – Scorpio, Bolero, XUV series, Thar, etc.).
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share within the assigned territory.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, offers, and market trends.
  • Drive enquiry generation activities through events, roadshows, digital leads, corporate sales, and referral programs.
  • Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of Sales Consultants and Team Leaders.
  • Conduct daily sales meetings, review enquiries, follow-up actions, and booking pipeline.
  • Train and guide the team on product knowledge, sales processes, and customer handling.
  • Ensure adherence to Mahindra's sales SOPs and CRM processes.Education
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business Administration/Marketing/Automobile Engineering).

Experience

  • 6–8 years of experience in automobile sales, with at least 2 years in a team-lead or managerial role.
  • Experience in 4-wheeler dealership operations, preferably with Mahindra or another major OEM.

Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Team leadership and people management abilities.
  • Good knowledge of the automobile market, trends, finance & insurance operations.
  • Proficiency in CRM/DMS and MS Office applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
