Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our mid-level management team in Bangalore. This full-time position requires a professional with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing HR operations and ensuring effective HR management practices that align with our hospital's values and objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies, ensuring a high-quality workforce for the organization.
  • Strong knowledge and application of HR policies and procedures that ensure legal compliance and optimize staff management.
  • Competence in payroll administration with a proven track record of accurate and timely payroll management.
  • Experience in managing employee relations, fostering a positive work environment to enhance staff morale and productivity.
  • Expertise in performance management systems to evaluate and enhance employee performance and development.
  • Familiarity with human resources information systems (HRIS) for efficient HR data management and reporting.
  • Proficient in conflict resolution techniques to handle workplace disputes and maintain effective communication channels.
  • Skilled in onboarding processes to ensure a seamless integration of new hires into the organizational culture and operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall hospital strategy and mission.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and support the execution of performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback systems.
  • Maintain and enhance the hospital's HR systems, including databases, records, and HR software applications.
  • Administer employee benefits programs to ensure employee satisfaction and competitiveness in the industry.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations to safeguard the hospital from legal challenges.
  • Facilitate open and effective communication across all departments to reinforce a positive organizational culture.
  • Initiate and oversee training and development programs to support employee career growth and organizational objectives.
