Job Title: HR Executive / Senior HR Executive (Talent Acquisition & Performance Management)Location: ChennaiExperience: 2 to 5 yearsEmployment Type: Full-Time | OnsiteJob Summary:We are looking for a passionate and proactive HR Executive / Senior HR Executive with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition and Performance Management. This role demands a hands-on professional who can independently manage recruitment strategies and performance management processes while supporting HR generalist activities such as onboarding, employee lifecycle management, grievance handling, and engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a people-centric mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to contribute meaningfully to employee growth and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:Primary Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition:Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies. Source talent using platforms like Linkedin Recruit, referrals, and vendors.

Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' fit for the role and organization. Coordinate and schedule technical/managerial interviews and feedback sessions. Handle offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding of selected candidates.

Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports for review by senior management. Experience in ATS.Performance Management:Support the design and implementation of performance management frameworks. Facilitate goal setting, mid-year and annual performance reviews.

Work with team leads and department heads to ensure timely feedback and evaluations. Track performance-related data and maintain accurate documentation. Assist in analyzing trends and preparing performance-related insights for leadership.

Secondary Responsibilities (HR Generalist Functions):Manage onboarding formalities, induction sessions, and orientation programs. Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including confirmations, transfers, and exits. Address employee grievances and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Organize employee engagement activities that promote collaboration and a positive work culture. Maintain accurate HR records, ensure policy compliance, and assist with audits as required. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and Performance Management.

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Proficiency in ATS tools and HRMS platforms. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player. High level of integrity and ability to manage confidential information. Preferred:Prior experience in IT/Technology services industry.
