Operations Lead/ Manager for Swastha , Elderly Home Care

Location:
Onsite – Jaipur

Experience:
3–5 years in Hospital/Home Care Operations

Employment Type:
Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day service delivery operations across Jaipur and Gurgaon.
  • Hire top caregivers to place at elders' premises.
  • Conduct regular visits to customer locations to collect feedback from caregivers and elders and take necessary actions for resolution.
  • Manage and train a team of caregivers , support staff to ensure high-quality care.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families.
  • Ensure timely caregiver deployment and efficient service scheduling.
  • Monitor operational KPIs — response time, service quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with Customer Experience Lead for placing caregivers.
  • Should be flexible to provide support during non-standard or extended hours when required.

  • Hands on experience in handling
    caregivers/GDA/nursing staff from Hospital/Homecare secto

  • Should own a personal vehicle .
  • Minimum Qualification - Graduate in any field
