Job Purpose:

The role holder is responsible for performing the day to day QC laboratory activities.

Principal Accountabilities

Must have min 1 or 2 years of experience in food industry is preferred.

Testing of Raw and packaging materials, milk and milk intermediate and final product,

shelf life study.

Responsible for maintaining records of QC check samples

Equipment/ Instrument calibration

Must have a good knowledge on understanding GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) & Procedures

Execute quality test methods

Keep track of consumable records.

Maintaining ISO Documentation

Knowledge & Skills

Educational qualifications: B.Sc. life science or chemistry and Microbiology sciences.

Knowledge

Knowledge on QC testing

Skills:

Good Communication Skills.

Knowledge of computer and software application such as Excel and Word.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13, ₹20,000.00 per month
