Area Sales Manager

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, and leading the performance of multiple Amartex retail stores across Himachal Pradesh. The role involves achieving sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing store teams, and implementing company policies to maintain profitability and brand standards.
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve sales targets and growth objectives across assigned stores.
- Analyze sales trends, monitor KPIs, and prepare action plans to bridge performance gaps.
- Identify local business opportunities and execute initiatives to maximize footfall and conversions.
Store Operations Management - Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of all stores under the territory.
- Maintain compliance with company SOPs, merchandising guidelines, and inventory controls.
- Monitor stock levels, replenishment, and effective VM (Visual Merchandising) implementation.
Team Leadership & Development - Lead, coach, and motivate Store Managers and their teams to deliver results.
- Drive performance reviews, staff training, and skill enhancement for store staff.
- Ensure optimum manpower availability and low attrition across stores.
Customer Experience - Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Handle escalated customer issues effectively to safeguard brand reputation.
- Drive customer loyalty programs and local engagement activities.
Reporting & Coordination - Share regular sales, operations, and performance reports with the Regional Office.
- Coordinate with Marketing, HR, and Supply Chain for smooth execution of strategies.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, audit requirements, and compliance standards.
