Desired Candidate Profile:-
 B Pharma or B.sc, With Successful Career in Pharma Sales and Marketing, as a Senior Product Manager or Group Product Manager.  With Good Knowledge of product Portfolio.
Job Description: -Role
 Brand Management.  Identifying new avenues and products to develop brand portfolio  Responsible for managing marketing function of product portfolio based at Vashi, Navi Mumbai.  Planning and Design promotional material / product campaigns/tools to support the sales / marketing objectives with cost effectiveness  Create entry barriers for the competition by product differentiation and packaging  Monthly & quarterly brand monitoring and review  Field visit to meet customers to review and evaluate strategy implementation and business outcome.  Train, motivate and guide the sales team to ensure the continuous growth of the assigned brand/portfolio  He/she will work closely with sales team and other support staff.

 Ensuring effective brand/portfolio management.  Excellent at launching new products.  Managing marketing expenses – improving ROI  Strategic and tactical implication of strategies for better performance  Awareness of competitors & market trends Key Competencies:  Excellent communicator  Excellent writing skills  Excellent presentation skills  Data analysis  Good interpersonal skills  Organized and methodical  Deadline-driven, creative.
