Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Candidate will be involved with end to end recruitment process.
  • Need to work with different job portals and social media platform for sourcing

profiles.

  • Creating and understanding various job roles.
  • Interacting with candidates for various job opening.
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews for the candidates.
  • Pre and post follow up with candidate.
  • Dealing with collection of required document.
  • Offer negotiation and offer roll out.
  • Preparing daily reports

Desired Candidate:

  • 1+ years of exp
  • Exp in bulk hiring, contract hiring would be a plus
  • Having good written and verbal communication.
  • Preferable to have Masters or Bachelors in Human Resource, MBA would be a plus.
  • Good exposure to Ms Office.
  • Good interpersonal Skills, self-confident and enthusiastic.
  • Anyone wanting to restart their career
