Job Title: - HR RecruiterJob DescriptionThis is a full-time HR Recruiter role located in Netaji Subhash Place. The role involves working onsite and is suitable for individuals who wish to develop a career in HR. The HR Recruiter will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management. They will also play a critical role in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and driving employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.Roles and ResponsibilitiesDemonstrated experience of at least 4-9 years in recruitment is required.Job Posting and sourcing best talent for the company in the available budgetShould know how to make Job descriptions.Experience in developing employee engagement initiatives and training and development programs for employees.Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR regulations in India.High level of professionalism and discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Sourcing and screening the candidates from various platforms and scheduling interviews of the potential candidates.Follow-up with candidates for post-employment reference checks, notice period, negotiations, etc. till joining.Understanding Clients JDs and specifications.Ability to interact, develop network and get the best resource for any given requirement.Skills RequiredExcellent communication skillsGood negotiation skillsGood at organising and a strategic thinkerPeople management skillsTime management skillsMS Excel is mustDisciplined and ProfessionalTeam PlayerPunctualQualificationsGraduatedMaster's degree in Human Resources Management with commerce background.Location: NSP, Delhi
