Job Summary:

The ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) Business Analyst will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize SPM solutions. The role focuses on aligning business strategy with portfolio execution through effective requirement analysis, solution delivery, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, document, and validate requirements for ServiceNow SPM solutions.
  • Lead ServiceNow SPM implementations across modules such as Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand, Resource, and Strategy Planning, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Support testing, training, and adoption activities to maximize platform utilization and value realization.
  • Facilitate workshops to define investment funding, prioritization, and reporting needs.
  • Collaborate with developers and architects to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Monitor performance, identify process gaps, and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.

Requirement:

  • Strong experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modulesProject, Demand, Resource, and Strategy Planning.
  • Solid understanding of portfolio governance, investment funding, and agile execution within SPM.
  • Hands-on experience with requirement gathering, solution design, and testing in ServiceNow.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • ServiceNow SPM or ITBM certification preferred.
