Key Responsibilities:1. Looker Studio & Reporting

  • Design and maintain interactive Looker Studio dashboards for management review.
  • Automate reports (daily, weekly, monthly) across departments like Sales, Production, HR, Accounts, and Operations.
  • Consolidate and clean raw data from Excel, Google Sheets, and internal trackers.
  • Analyze data to identify performance trends, deviations, and improvement areas.
  • Present summarized reports with visual insights for decision-making.

2. Delegation Sheet Management

  • Maintain and update Delegation Sheets showing assigned tasks, responsible persons, and deadlines.
  • Track task progress department-wise and follow up on pending work.
  • Prepare daily/weekly MIS updates on task status for management.
  • Coordinate with HODs to ensure task closure and proper reporting hierarchy.

3. Checklist Management

  • Create and update Departmental Checklists (Production, HR, Accounts, Admin, etc.).
  • Ensure all routine tasks are followed and completed as per SOP.
  • Highlight deviations or delays in checklist completion to management.
  • Maintain digital records of completed checklists for audits or reviews.

4. Data Analysis & Coordination

  • Collect and validate data from multiple departments.
  • Support management in data-driven decisions through insights and visual summaries.
  • Suggest process improvements for better accuracy and workflow transparency.
