Job Title: Senior MIS Executive

Department: Operations / Analytics / IT

Location: RAIPUR

Reporting To: MIS Manager / Operations Head / Senior Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior MIS Executive to oversee and manage the organization's Management Information System. The candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining reports and dashboards, analyzing data to support decision-making, automating processes, and ensuring data integrity across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, generate, and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for various departments (Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, etc.).
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and provide accurate and timely MIS solutions.
  • Automate reports using advanced Excel, VBA macros, Power Query, and/or Power BI.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
  • Monitor data accuracy and troubleshoot data discrepancies across systems and reports.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI trackers.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to improve system integrations and data flow.
  • Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with company standards.
  • Provide training and support to junior MIS staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. (MBA preferred)
  • 3–6 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or reporting roles.
  • Proficient in MS Excel (Advanced), including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, and Macros.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
  • Familiarity with SQL or database queries is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills to interact with management and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Competencies:

  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
