Role Summary

ConcertAI is looking for a strategic and execution-focused leader to lead the India operations for our Healthcare Business Unit. This role is central to driving the BU's global technology roadmap by building and scaling high-performing India-based teams across engineering, product, and compliance functions. As a key member of the BU leadership team, the individual will ensure delivery excellence, strengthen vendor partnerships, and foster a culture of innovation aligned with our core values. The ideal candidate combines strong people leadership with deep SaaS and DaaS related development operations and healthcare technology expertise and brings the conviction to translate business strategy into actionable productization outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead India operations for the TeraRecon Business Unit, ensuring alignment with global strategic goals.
• Fulfill People Manager role for R&D members for products that are being developed in India.
• Manage and scale cross-functional teams across engineering, product, QARA, and cloud operations.
• Drive execution of India-owned product areas including multi-tenant cloud infrastructure, TR modules and new products including GenAI and agentic AI -based ones.
• Act as a key liaison between global engineering and India R&D teams working on product developed in India, ensuring clear communication and execution alignment.
• Provide strategic and technical oversight over imaging and clinicalworkflow solutions deployed across cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI frameworks, and healthcare system integrations (Advance Visualization, PACS, EMR, RCM).
• Overall budget responsibility for people, including rapid team expansion, hardware and cloud infrastructure spend for R&D.
• Guide vendor relationships with dev infrastructure and co-development partners ensuring technical integration requirements gathering as well as delivery quality, timeliness and compliance.
• Work closely with TeraRecon CTO on suggesting and transitioning to modern technology practices, including AI-aided development while maintaining operational excellence in regulated healthcare environments.
• Act as a sub-serviant leader to enable team technical and architecture leaders. Create an open culture of innovation.
• Serve as a visible leader committed to team development, delivery discipline, and product innovation.
• Foster a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, innovation, and CAI values.

Work Experience

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in tech leadership roles within mid-sized and large SaaS organizations.
• Proven people manager with success in leading distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of healthcare software development, especially in Software as Medical Device (SAMD) development including regulatory awareness (QARA), with an understanding of imaging-specific and image-centric clinical workflow domains.
• Prior experience in managing cloud-native with emphasis on AWS as well as clou-agnostic applications in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Experience managing teams working with GenAI, Agentic AI and Imaging Workflows.

Intrinsic familiarity with modern cloud-centric Dev-Ops and Cloud-Ops processes as well as Platform as a Code

• Exposure to enterprise-grade systems such as Advance Visualization, PACS, EMR, RCM, use of GenAI in clinical workflow and clinical decision support is strongly preferred.
• Vendor governance and partner delivery oversight experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Modern Cloud and on-premises software architectures, high performance and scalable software design and automation-testing
• Strong communication, project management and technical leadership skills with an enthusiasm for working in an interdisciplinary environment.
• Comfortable in working in a fast-paced and changing high growth environment.
