Role Overview

Join our dynamic team and be the first line of support for world-class
Video Conferencing
and
Unified Communications (UC)
products.

You'll work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, ensuring seamless collaboration experiences for global clients.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide
    24×7 first-level technical support
    via voice or chat for video conferencing and UC products.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to
    VoIP, SIP, H.323, H.264
    , and networking protocols (
    DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, MPLS
    ).
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when required.
  • Maintain detailed records using
    ticketing and contact management systems
    .
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with prompt updates and clear communication.
  • Identify potential
    sales opportunities
    during customer interactions and route them to sales teams.
  • Conduct
    Customer Satisfaction Surveys
    and document valuable feedback.


Key Skills

  • VoIP, Video Conferencing, Unified Communications (UC)
  • Hands-on with Microsoft Teams, Cisco Call Manager, Zoom
  • Strong grasp of Networking Fundamentals (LAN/WAN/TCP/IP)
  • Knowledge of Cloud / UCaaS platforms
  • Excellent communication
    and
    problem-solving
    skills
