We're Hiring: Digital Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities

SEO & Website Optimization

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and ompetitor analysis relevant to higher education and admission cycles.
  • Develop and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, meta tags, headers, and images for improved rankings.
  • Perform regular website audits and recommend improvements for site speed, responsiveness, and user experience.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-driven content aligned with student search intent.
  • Work closely with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in WordPress.
  • Develop and implement link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks.
  • Stay updated on Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and education sector best practices.

Digital Marketing Campaigns

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) for student acquisition.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns daily (CPC, CTR, CPA, and lead quality) across targeted geographies.
  • Measure and report campaign performance against defined KPIs and ROI.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing and conversion experiments to improve lead generation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimize landing pages on WordPress.
  • Prepare campaign analysis and reports to forecast and plan budget requirements.

Job Knowledge & Prerequisites

  • Strong expertise in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
  • Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign optimization.
  • Good understanding of WordPress website management and SEO plugins (Yoast, RankMath, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for SEO and campaign optimization.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, Business, or related field.
  • 36 years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing.
  • Experience in managing WordPress websites is mandatory.
  • Certification in Google Ads, SEO, or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.

Working days:

6 days in a week (Monday to Saturday) 9:00 am to 4:30 pm
