. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment cycles for mid- to senior-level positions.
  • Develop job descriptions, source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage offer negotiations.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and collaborate with department heads on manpower planning.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee concerns, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
  • Promote a positive work environment and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support culture-building activities and internal communication programs.

3. Performance Management

  • Coordinate annual and periodic performance review cycles.
  • Guide managers on performance evaluation, goal setting, and employee development plans.
  • Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvement strategies.

4. HR Policies & Compliance

  • Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and compliant with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance to staff and management on HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and oversee audit and compliance activities.

5. Compensation & Benefits

  • Support payroll preparation by providing required information and verifying data accuracy.
  • Assist in administering employee benefits programs (leave, insurance, allowances, etc.).
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and recommend adjustments when needed.

6. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and track employee progress.

7. HR Operations & Reporting

  • Oversee HR documentation, employee onboarding/offboarding, and HRIS management.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership review.
  • Implement HR process improvements and digitalization initiatives.

QualificationsEducation & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹37,605.75 per month
