Key Responsibilities

  • Lead QA efforts for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud projects
  • Define test scope, create detailed test cases, and ensure full coverage across workflows, configurations, and data models
  • Manage and mentor QA testers, assign tasks, and review deliverables
  • Oversee defect lifecycle using tools like JIRA and ALM, ensuring timely resolution
  • Execute smoke, functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to validate requirements and provide QA sign-off
  • Represent QA in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
  • Establish and refine QA processes, metrics, and best practices
  • Prepare and present test status reports, defect metrics, and risk assessments to stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Proven expertise in manual test planning, case design, and execution
  • Proficiency in QA tools: JIRA, ALM, and test management platforms
  • Deep understanding of QA methodologies: smoke, functional, regression, integration, and UAT
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder preferred)
  • Experience in Salesforce transformation, migration, or integration projects
  • Familiarity with automation concepts/tools (though this is a primarily manual role)

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to ₹125,000.00 per month
