A Video Editor is responsible for overseeing the entire post-production process from raw footage to final delivery.

  • Edit raw footage into compelling, polished videos (corporate films, ads, social media content, documentaries, etc.).
  • Assemble and refine sequences to maintain pacing, narrative flow, and emotional impact.
  • Sync sound, add voiceovers, and perform color correction and grading.
  • Manage audio mixing, music selection, and sound design for final output.
  • Work with VFX, motion graphics, and animation teams to integrate assets seamlessly.
  • Contribute ideas for storytelling, transitions, pacing, and visual style.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet technical specifications for various platforms (broadcast, web, social, etc.).
  • Stay updated on industry tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
  • Set timelines and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Coordinate with HODs and creative teams for smooth project execution.
  • Conduct final checks on video, audio, subtitles, and graphics.

Desirable

Strong storytelling sense and visual composition.

Expertise in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).

Knowledge of color theory, sound design, and motion graphics.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills

Qualification:

Any Graduate or Diploma in Graphic & Video Editing

Experience:

Minimum 57 years of professional editing experience

Immediate joiner will be preferred
