Key Responsibilities

  • Perform cable and wire harness assembly as per drawings, schematics, and work instructions.

  • Carry out soldering, crimping, and connector terminations following IPC/WHMA-A-620 or equivalent standards.

  • Inspect assemblies for quality compliance and ensure adherence to customer and internal specifications.

  • Support testing and continuity checks using multimeters and other test equipment.

  • Maintain proper documentation of work orders, inspection reports, and assembly logs.

  • Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams to address technical or process-related issues.

  • Assist in implementing process improvements for efficiency and quality enhancement.

  • Ensure proper handling of tools, materials, and ESD-sensitive components.

  • Adhere to safety and workplace protocols at all times.

  • 2–4 years of experience in cable assembly, wire harnessing, or related electrical assembly work.

  • Hands-on experience with soldering, crimping tools, and cable testing instruments.

  • Basic understanding of electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.

  • Familiarity with Aerospace/Defense manufacturing standards is an advantage.

  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality workmanship.

  • Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and teamwork.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
