**Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions to assemble wire harnesses.
- Cut, strip, crimp, and solder wires according to specifications.
- Route and tie wires to form wire harnesses, ensuring proper fit and alignment.
- Install connectors, terminals, and other components onto wires and cables.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure wire harnesses meet industry standards and customer requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to wire harness assembly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in wire harness assembly or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of electrical components, wiring techniques, and soldering.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹40,171.51 per month
