Role & responsibilities

  1. Client Advisory

    Provide tailored financial advice and portfolio strategies to HNW/UHNW clients based on risk profile and financial goals.
  2. Client Acquisition

    Identify, engage, and onboard new high-net-worth clients through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
  3. Investment Products

    Recommend and manage a range of investment products (equities, bonds, mutual funds, etc.) aligning with client objectives.
  4. Third-Party Products (TPP)

    Offer and manage suitable third-party investment and insurance products, ensuring compliance and suitability standards.
  5. Relationship Management

    Maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular reviews, performance updates, and proactive service.
  6. Compliance & Risk

    Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk management frameworks.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience:

    35 years in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory, with a proven track record in client acquisition and portfolio management.
  • Education:

    Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. MBA Finance preferred.
  • Skills:

  • Strong advisory and relationship management skills

  • Deep knowledge of investment products & financial markets
  • Familiarity with Third-Party Products (TPP) and regulatory guidelines
  • Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation abilities

  • Certifications:

    Relevant regulatory certifications as per local jurisdiction, NISM, Series.

  • Mindset:

    Client-first attitude, entrepreneurial drive, high ethical standards, and goal-oriented approach.
