Job Title: ERPNext Functional Consultant cum Developer

Location: Flexible (Remote/Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Travel: Must be open to traveling to client sites for implementation and staff training

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced ERPNext Functional Consultant cum Developer to join our team on a temporary contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience working with ERPNext, particularly in the Manufacturing, Food Processing, Accounting, and Inventory modules.

You will be responsible for gathering requirements from clients, configuring ERPNext based on those requirements, managing projects, and developing custom solutions where needed to meet the specific needs of clients.

This role requires a candidate who is open to traveling to client sites for system implementation and staff training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Gathering: Work closely with clients to understand and document their business processes and system requirements.
  • ERPNext Configuration: Configure and customize ERPNext modules based on the client's requirements, particularly in the Manufacturing, Food Processing, Accounting, and Inventory areas.
  • ERPNext Development: Develop custom features or make adjustments to ERPNext modules where needed to address specific client requirements.
  • Project Management: Manage ERPNext implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Client Site Implementation: Travel to client locations to oversee system setup and train client staff on ERPNext functionality.
  • Training: Conduct training sessions for client staff on how to effectively use ERPNext.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Provide support to clients post-implementation to ensure smooth operations.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

3-4 years of hands-on experience with ERPNext in:

  • Manufacturing module
  • Processing module
  • Accounting module
  • Inventory module
  • HR & Payroll module
  • Proven experience in requirement gathering, system configuration, and ERPNext development.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience overseeing ERPNext implementations from start to finish.
  • Ability to travel to client sites for system implementation and staff training.
  • Excellent problem-solving and client management skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with additional modules of ERPNext such as:

  • CRM
  • Sales and Purchase
  • Project Management
  • Quality Management
  • Asset Management

Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, and Frappe Framework for ERPNext development.

Ability to create custom reports, workflows, and forms within ERPNext.
