Job Title: Part-Time ERPNext Trainer

**Experience**: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ERPNext

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct engaging training sessions for users at various skill levels, both online and through recorded materials.
- Develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, and tutorials tailored to different user needs.
- Provide one-on-one support and coaching to users as they implement ERPNext in their workflows.
- Assess the training needs of participants and adjust content and delivery methods accordingly.
- Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in ERPNext to ensure training is relevant and effective.
- Collaborate with the support team to address user inquiries and troubleshoot issues during training sessions.
- Gather feedback from participants to continuously improve training programs.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ERPNext, including implementation and customization.
- Proven experience in training or teaching, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how ERPNext can optimize them.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and encouraging teaching style.
- Familiarity with remote training tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Certification or formal training in ERPNext or related software.
- Experience in specific industries that use ERPNext (e.g., manufacturing, retail, services).

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 9 per week
