About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Project Coordinator with a hospitality background to. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with experience in administrative coordination, scheduling, and operations support. This role will be crucial in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, assisting leadership with administrative tasks, and coordinating various internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Assist the internal teams with daily operational and administrative tasks.
  • Manage employee onboarding, ensuring smooth integration into the company.
  • Track and coordinate timesheets for billing and approvals.
  • Ensure timely processing of invoices and expense tracking.

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, taking care of meeting logistics.
  • Manage calendar scheduling for 1-2 senior leaders.
  • Organize and support travel and visa arrangements for internal team members.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 1-2 years in hospitality, administration, operations, or a similar role.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.

Experience handling travel arrangements, invoicing, or team coordination is a plus.
