SummaryLocation: Hyderabad In this role, you will partner with Business Stakeholders and Strategic Business Partners for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation and project delivery.About the RoleMajor accountabilities:Own and drive Solution Design for Operational and Analytical reporting for Sales & Distribution area through addressing all business requirements and opportunities while following Novartis architectural standards, quality and information security principles.Collaborate closely with the Global Process Owners (GPOs) and Enterprise Process Leads (EPLs) to suggest standardized and simplified integrated solutions Champion the standardization and simplification of design, minimizing the custom solutions only for cases where Novartis makes a difference in the market serving customers/patients Prepare and run design workshops in the assigned "Products".Identify critical integration points and dependencies, propose solutions for key gaps, provide effort estimations while ensuring alignment with business and other teams.Assure consistency and traceability between user requirements, functional specifications, Agile ways of working and adapting to DevSecOps, architectural roadmaps, regulatory/control requirements, and smooth transition of solutions to operations Deliver assigned project work as per agreed timeline within budget and on-quality adhering to following the release calendars.Minimum Requirements:SAP SD & S/4 Hana / Embedded AnalyticsSAP certifications / trainings in specified module(s)/process areas > 6 years of relevant professional IT experience in the related functional areaExperience in SAP S4 HANA and eco-system applications in the following areas for the Pharma and/or Food & Beverage industry Sales & Distribution Reporting Experience in S/4 HANA Sales Process.S4 HANA innovations like aATP, returns, Embedded Analytics offerings in S/4 HANA and Special focus on performance optimization best practices in Reporting and Analytics. Knowledge and skills in SAP HANA modeling - AMDPs, CDS Views with good SQL skills in writing and understanding statements and procedures.Good command over spoken and written EnglishAbility to convey complex information in a presentable, clear and precise manner with non-technical audience.Critical thinking, able to look at numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings.Good into SD Process areas - S4HANAReporting - S4HANA Embedded analytics, Fiori report, Custom reports, EDW reports, Power BI reports, SAC reportsGood exposure in Reporting analytics and Sales pricingInterface areas - Salesforce, MS-D365, Third party applicationsWhy consider Novartis?
