- Create training materials, demo scenarios, and marketing collateral.

- Respond to RFPs/RFIs and prepare solution proposals.
- Stay updated on market trends to create white papers and actionable insights.
- Drive knowledge sharing and innovation initiatives through Centers of Excellence.
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Domain Knowledge
- Expertise in PC Insurance (personal and commercial lines) and Health Insurance.
- Strong understanding of New Business, Policy Administration, Claims, and Billing processes.
- Technical Skills
- Experience with Duckcreek, Guidewire (PolicyCenter, ClaimsCenter), and SQL.
- Methodologies and Frameworks
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and best practices for business rules and UI specifications.
- Certifications and Education
- Preferred certifications: CPCU, AINS, or equivalent.
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or related fields.
- Soft Skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
