Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Customer Service

  • Drive store sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.

  • Monitor KPIs (conversion rate, average transaction value, footfall, etc.).

  • Ensure high standards of customer service and handle escalated complaints.

  • Implement promotional activities and upselling initiatives.

2. Store Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations, opening and closing procedures.

  • Maintain store cleanliness, display standards, and overall ambiance.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.

  • Manage cash handling and daily reconciliation.

3. Inventory & Stock Management

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement/logistics for replenishment.

  • Conduct regular stock audits and minimize shrinkage or wastage.

  • Manage product displays and ensure availability of key items.

4. Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.

  • Schedule shifts and manage attendance/performance.

  • Motivate the team to achieve sales and service goals.

  • Conduct regular briefings and performance reviews.

5. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

  • Analyze store performance and recommend improvement strategies.

  • Provide feedback to management on customer trends and product performance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.

  • 3–7 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.

  • Strong understanding of retail operations and sales techniques.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
