Roles & Responsibilities: - Setupand troubleshoot IT Infrastructure (LAN, WAN, IP, Telephone/EPABX/INTERCOM, AccessPoints, Wireless Network, wired, wireless & local Printer, CCTV, Windows& Mac OS, Office 365 and Google Workspace) Install and manage servers,hardware, software and any other equipment. Diagnose & resolve hardware& software -related issues Install and manage Antivirus &Firewall (Sophos). Make configuration changes to devices (Firewall / LoadBalancer / Router / Switches / AP) Have basic knowledge ofGoogle cloud and MS -365  Assistwith IT equipment sourcing and budgeting. Ensure timely renewal of contractsand agreements Maintenance of all the desktops/laptops and UPS maintenance.
