E-discovery Analyst

§ Execute projects specific tasks in eDiscovery processing software. § Create and prepare load files along with other deliverables as necessary for hosting the data onto other platforms. § Maintain a high sense of urgency while working on multiple projects; escalating items to the client services team if there are going to be delays in timing. § Work on job requests in order of priority pulling from a queue, as well as by assignment. § Perform quality control checks on self and others work to ensure quality ratings remain low. § Follow and maintain utilization tracking for hours. § Respond to internal requests via email during designated times. § Follow escalation procedures when needed. § Perform other related duties as assigned.   Qualification/ Skills § Bachelor of Technology (Computer Science). § Strong knowledge of MS office & related applications. § Good communication skills – written and verbal. § Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure. § Willing to adapt quickly to a rapidly changing environment. § Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills and resourcefulness. § SQL background is a plus.   The Company offers a competitive benefits package:   § Medical insurance for self, spouse, and two children, paid by the employer. § Personal accident and term life insurance premium. § Companies provide paid vacation days, public holidays, and sick leave to give employees time to rest and recharge. § Parental Leave § Employee Assistance Programs (EAP): EAPs provide employees with confidential counselling and support services for personal or work-related issues. §  Retirement Benefits- Provident Fund & Gratuity
