visual storyteller
who can turn complex ideas into stunning, scroll-stopping designs. At Arth, design isn't just about looks — it's about clarity, structure, and impact.

What You'll Do

  • Graphic Design
    → Branding, marketing collaterals, social posts, event creatives.
  • Video Editing
    → Reels, product explainers, case study edits, event highlights.
  • Presentation Glow-ups
    → Transform plain decks into premium, client-ready assets.
  • Creative Systems
    → Build & maintain design systems, templates, and libraries.
  • AI-assisted Creation
    → Use AI tools for faster workflows (image cleanup, video gen, content polishing).

We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of hands-on design + editing experience (agency/brand side).
  • Mastery of
    Adobe Suite
    : Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD/Figma, Premiere (After Effects is a bonus).
  • A strong sense of
    grids, typography, and layouts
    (your decks should breathe).
  • Ability to manage multiple formats (social posts, reels, brochures, decks).
  • Curiosity for
    new tools & AI hacks
    to make life easier and design sharper.
