JOB BRIEF:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Senior Accounts Executive
to join our Accounts & Finance team. The role requires strong expertise in audit, MIS, data analysis, banking operations, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should be analytical, organized, and capable of managing end-to-end accounting operations with accuracy and ownership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Accounting & Financial Operations

  • Manage day-to-day accounting entries and ledger maintenance
  • Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor reconciliations
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
  • Ensure timely and accurate posting of financial transactions

2. Audit & Compliance

  • Prepare audit schedules and coordinate with internal/statutory auditors
  • Ensure compliance with financial norms and documentation
  • Assist in tax-related filings and statutory requirements

3. MIS & Data Analysis

  • Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports
  • Conduct financial data analysis to support management decisions
  • Develop dashboards and performance reports

4. Banking & Finance

  • Manage banking operations including payments, NEFT/RTGS, LC, and bank reconciliations
  • Track and maintain cash flow and fund flow statements
  • Coordinate with banking partners for finance-related activities

5. Management Reporting & Presentation

  • Prepare presentations and summaries for management reviews
  • Organize financial data into easy-to-understand formats
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Advanced Excel, MIS reporting, and data analysis skills
  • Experience with audits and financial compliance
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

QUALIFICATIONS

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter preferred
  • 3–6 years of experience in accounts, finance, and MIS
  • Preference to Candidates who have worked in a CA firm for more than 1 year.
