Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant cum Finance Manager located in Bengaluru. The Accountant cum Finance Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and overseeing budget preparation. Additional responsibilities include managing payroll, handling tax filings, conducting financial analysis, and implementing financial policies. The role also involves coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure the financial health of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in financial management, accounting, and bookkeeping
  • Experience with financial reporting, preparation of financial statements, and compliance
  • Knowledge of budgeting, payroll management, and tax filings
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in financial analysis
  • Excellent proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus
