  • Develop and implement a results-driven social media strategy aligned with StudyMEDIC's branding and business goals.
  • Manage all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) ensuring consistent tone and visual identity.
  • Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to plan campaigns around course launches, webinars, testimonials, and success stories.
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content tailored for each platform, including graphics, short videos, reels, carousels, and infographics.
  • Monitor trends in medical education, student behavior, and platform updates to keep our content relevant and appealing.
  • Engage with followers by responding to messages, comments, and queries promptly and professionally.
  • Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights to optimize strategies.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and influencers to execute campaign deliverables.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube), in collaboration with the performance marketing team.
  • Stay updated on competitors and industry trends to position StudyMEDIC as a thought leader in medical education.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role, preferably in the education or healthcare domain.
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, brand voice, and audience targeting in the context of online learning.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.) and design platforms (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
