About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in Odoo ERP (preferred) or any other ERP system, with a strong understanding of business processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and end-users.

You will play a key role in gathering requirements, configuring the ERP system, providing training, and ensuring that business operations are efficiently supported through technology.

Key Responsibilities


• Engage with clients/stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.


• Configure, customize, and implement Odoo ERP modules to meet business needs.


• Provide functional support for ERP-related issues, including troubleshooting and testing.


• Collaborate with technical teams for customization, integration, and deployment.


• Conduct end-user training and prepare documentation for implemented processes.


• Map business processes to ERP functionality and suggest process improvements.


• Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure smooth go-live transitions.


• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements or best practices.

Requirements


•
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or any other UG.


•
Experience:

o
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Odoo ERP (preferred) or any other ERP solution (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).

o Strong understanding of core business processes: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, etc.


• Skills:

o Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

o Excellent communication and client interaction abilities.

o Strong documentation and presentation skills.

o Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

o Ability to travel

Preferred Qualities


• Odoo certification or hands-on experience in multiple Odoo modules.


• Experience in ERP implementation lifecycle (Requirement Gathering → Configuration → Testing → Go-Live).
