Ramla Supermarket is a fast-growing retail chain focused on delivering exceptional shopping experiences and high-quality products to our customers. We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our showroom sales team.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing product information and guidance.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products to maximize sales.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, promotions, and pricing.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets set by management.
- Ensure the showroom is well-presented, clean, and fully stocked.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and product performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Associate, or similar role in retail/showroom sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
- Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge for billing and sales reporting.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is an advantage.
