About Us

Ramla Supermarket is a fast-growing retail chain focused on delivering exceptional shopping experiences and high-quality products to our customers. We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our showroom sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing product information and guidance.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products to maximize sales.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, promotions, and pricing.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets set by management.
  • Ensure the showroom is well-presented, clean, and fully stocked.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and product performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Associate, or similar role in retail/showroom sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
  • Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Basic computer knowledge for billing and sales reporting.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is an advantage.
