As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking highly motivated Sales Executives to join our team and contribute to our success.

**Location**: Kerala, India

**Job Summary**:
This is a full-time Sales Executive role at 5 Elements Windows and Doors. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, and driving sales of our UPVC windows. They will develop and maintain relationships with clients, provide excellent customer service, and meet or exceed sales targets. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of work being located in Kerala and some work outside Kerala.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
