Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Sourcing:

  • Manage end-to-end IT procurement processes for hardware, software, and IT services.
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, solicit quotations, and prepare comparative statements.
  • Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Raise and process purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) in ERP systems.

  • Handle AMC, renewal, and licensing agreements for software and hardware assets.

  • Ensure all procurements comply with internal policies, legal standards, and data security norms.
  • Track IT asset purchases and maintain updated asset inventory in coordination with the IT team.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Finance for PO closure, GRN, and vendor payment tracking.
  • Prepare and present procurement MIS reports and spend analytics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Commerce, or Supply Chain Management (MBA preferred).
  • 58 years of experience in IT procurement or IT asset management.
  • Strong understanding of IT products: servers, laptops, networking equipment, licenses, and cloud services.
